Liana Villa is located in Limenaria, in a quiet area, away from the noise of the city, so it is an excellent choice for those who want a real vacation. The prices are reasonable and the studios are decently decorated, with wooden furniture. It is ten minutes' walk from the promenade and all amenities, restaurants, taverns, and shops.

The accommodation is located 600 meters from the city center and 800 meters from the city beach.

It is a small family building with a yard, built in 2005. It has five studios, of which a total of three are available for the 2025 season.

Two studios have three beds and each have a double bed and a single bed, while the third studio is a double bed and has one double bed. One three-bed and two-bed studio have a view of the street, while the other three-bed studio has a view of the courtyard. All units are located on the ground floor (only five steps above the courtyard level). The furniture is mostly wooden and the studios are medium in size (about 25m2). The terraces are shared (they are not partitioned), but everyone has their own seating area.

Each studio has air conditioning, TV, bathroom and terrace.

Towels are changed every three days, and bed linen every five days.

In the courtyard of the villa there is a brick grill and furniture for sitting and enjoying the shade.

The villa does not have a private parking lot, but you can leave your car in front of the accommodation along the street.

You will reach it by turning left at the central intersection (if you are coming from Skala Prinos) and driving straight for another 600 meters. You will see the villa on the left side of the road.

This accommodation is a good choice as a base for visiting the island because it is located in the south, near all the popular beaches and Potos is only 5 km away.
