Kaiti Studios is an accommodation in a quiet part of Limenaria, at the entrance to the town. It is a completely new, high-quality and modern building with comfortable family units. Cleanliness is at an enviable level. The facility is only a minute's drive or ten minutes' walk from the city center.
It is 800m to the city center. The villa is 300m from the beach. The beach is sandy and landscaped. Metalia beach is one kilometer from the accommodation.
We offer two maisonettes (apartments on two levels), one studio and one apartment.
The maisonette (57m2) is entered from the courtyard. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fold-out sofa that becomes a large double bed. There is also a dining room with a well-equipped kitchen. On the first floor there is a large bathroom, excellently equipped, and a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. Both maisonettes are the same. The bedroom opens onto a very spacious terrace with a beautiful, panoramic view.
The studio and apartment are located in the basement, they are spacious and have separate entrances. Both the studio and the apartment have one double bed and one corner sofa, and the apartment has a separate room with a double bed and a wardrobe. As part of both accommodation units, there is also an equipped kitchen and bathroom. Both are 30m2 in size.
Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done every two days.
Guests can enjoy the beautifully decorated yard and barbecue. The yard is small and paved (in the shade most of the day).
Parking is provided.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left at the sign for Hotel Discovery, at the entrance to Limenaria. Drive straight uphill and after 150m you will see Villa Kaiti on the right side of the road.
If you want quality accommodation, a little outside the center in a very quiet place, Kaiti Studios can be an excellent choice.
