Iria Apartment is located in the center of one of the liveliest places in Thassos. It is a new and modernly equipped accommodation, which offers guests privacy and comfort, with two separate bedrooms, a kitchen and everything else necessary for a nice and pleasant stay.

It is located near the center of Limenaria. It is 180m away from the nearest market.

The beach is 400m from the accommodation.

It is a duplex apartment (65m2), i.e. a unit that has two separate bedrooms and can accommodate four to five people. Both bedrooms consist of one French bed and air conditioning. The living room is also separated by a door and has a sofa on which a child can sleep, as well as a third air conditioner. There is a private veranda, which is attached to one of the bedrooms, more precisely, the room on the left, and which has a view of the street.

Guests have access to WiFi, TV and a total of three air conditioners, a safety deposit box, mosquito nets, a hair dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with two hotplates, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a veranda. The bathroom has a shower cabin with a glass partition.

Cleaning is done daily. Towels are changed every three days, while bed linen is changed every four days.

There is no private parking, but guests can park their vehicle in front of the accommodation, in the nearby streets where there is usually space or in the public parking lot nearby.
