Epicentrum Suites is a modern complex, located in the peaceful surroundings of Limenaria. Accommodation offers a unique combination of comfort and style, with contemporary decor and carefully selected amenities that guarantee a pleasant stay. Guests have at their disposal a spacious swimming pool with a special area for children, surrounded by comfortable deckchairs, which makes it the perfect place to relax and refresh.
The very center of Limenaria, full of restaurants, shops and various facilities, is located in the immediate vicinity, while the nearest beach is 700 meters away.
In its rich offer, Epicentrum Suites has twenty units, distributed on the ground floor or on the first floor. We must mention that the building is built in a cascade, so you have to go down two or three steps to get to some of the rooms on the ground floor. There are several types of accommodation units in this accommodation, intended for families or couples.
3 Bed Room – there are five rooms of this type, one of which is located on the ground floor, and the remaining four on the first floor. All rooms are furnished in the same way, one double bed and one single and these units overlook the pool.
3 Bed Room, Disability Access - we offer one room of this type, intended for people with special needs, in which a maximum of three people can be accommodated. The room is located on the ground floor, has one double bed and one single bed, and the terrace has a view of the pool.
3 Bed Room, Hot Tub - there are two accommodation units of this type, which are located on the ground floor and have a view of the pool. They are equipped in the same way, with one French and one single bed and have a jacuzzi.
4 Bed Room - there are eight of these units in the offer and three rooms are located on the lower ground floor (cascade construction), two rooms are located on the classic ground floor and three are on the first floor. The units located on the ground floor have a partial view of the pool. All rooms are furnished in the same way, with one French bed and a sofa bed.
4 Bed Room, Disability Access - it is one unit for four people, which is intended for the stay of people with special needs and is located on the ground floor. The room is equipped with one French bed and a sofa bed and has a view of the pool.
6 Bed Room - Two Level - there are three of these units in the offer and they are maisonettes, rooms on two levels. On the ground floor of the maisonette there is a double bed and a couch for two people, while on the open gallery (without a door) there is another double bed. These units are located on the first floor (gallery is in the attic) and have pool views.
A baby cot is available upon request and at no additional cost.
In these air-conditioned rooms, guests have at their disposal a TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi internet, a hair dryer, a mini bar and a kettle, upon request.
Guests have at their disposal a balcony or veranda with a view of a beautifully landscaped yard, mountain or swimming pool, which are equipped with seating.
In the beautifully and modernly decorated yard, guests can enjoy the pool, which also has a separate area for children, as well as the comfortable deckchairs arranged around the pool. Next to the pool there is also a bar, ideal for refreshment and relaxation, while the additional area with seating is the perfect place to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere and socialize.
Guests can, from the rich offer of the A La Cart Menu restaurant, order some of the meals on offer, with an additional charge.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Accommodation units are cleaned every day, while sheets and towels are changed every three days.
A guaranteed parking space is available to guests, which is included in the price.
