Emi Villa offers affordable studios and apartments located not far from the center of Limenaria and the large city beach, so it can be an ideal solution if you decide to spend your vacation on Thassos. A large number of popular sandy beaches are located near this place.
The accommodation is 500m from the main city beach and about 100m from the nearest store. The center of Limenarija with all the taverns, promenade and souvenir shops is about 200m away.
We offer four studios (one double, one three-bed and two four-bed) and one apartment, which have a view of the courtyard and the street. All units are located on the high ground floor, except for one four-bed studio, which is located on the first floor.
One double-bed studio has only one double bed, while the three-bed studio has a double bed and a sofa bed. One four-bed studio (on the first floor) has a double bed and two single beds, while the other (on the ground floor) has a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed.
Four-bed studios have kitchens that are located in the corridor and are accessible only to guests of those units, who also receive a key to their kitchens.
The apartment has two rooms, two air conditioners and two entrances. This unit can be entered from the room where the beds and kitchen are located, as well as from the bedroom, so it is an ideal choice for families and couples who want privacy. The rooms are connected by a corridor inside the apartment, where there is a bathroom.
The owners live in the accommodation.
All units have air conditioning, internet access. kitchen, bathroom, TV, terrace and mosquito nets. The bathrooms have a shower tub with a curtain, while the kitchens are fully equipped and have a refrigerator (smaller or larger), a stove and a cooker. Pets are allowed (on request).
Cleaning and changing of towels are done every four days, while bed linen is changed every five days.
Guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left at the main intersection in Limenaria and continue driving straight towards the interior of the town. After about 50 meters you will see Villa Emi on the left side of the road.
Accommodation is a good choice for all those looking for affordable studios and apartments in the center of a larger town.
