Always Welcome villa is located in the center of Limenaria, not far from all the facilities that this place has to offer. The main advantages of this villa are its location, affordable price and proximity to the beach.

The large beach and promenade are 92m away, while the nearest bakery and market are 30m away.

The facility was built in 1989 and renovated in 2011.

For the 2025 season, only one four-bed studio is available for online booking, while the other units are rented by a local agency.

The four-bed studio (28m2) is located on the first floor and consists of one French bed and a bunk bed. It is intended for a family with two smaller children.

The accommodation has air conditioning (for which there is an optional extra charge), WiFi, TV, mosquito nets, a kitchen, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a shower with a curtain, a terrace with a view of the courtyard/street in front of the accommodation and the yard.

Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every four days.

The building has its own yard, where there are tables and chairs for sitting.

There is no private parking, but guests can park their vehicles in the nearby streets or in the public parking lot, which is 400m away from the accommodation.
