Verde Guesthouse is located just a two-minute walk from the small town beach in Lygia, which is 150 meters away and offers sunbeds and natural shade. The building has a total of six units, distributed on the high ground floor and the first floor, with three units on each level. All rooms have private bathroom, fridge and balconies with sea view.

The accommodation structure consists of five double rooms, three of which are equipped with a double bed, and two with two single beds, while one room is a triple room with three single beds. It is possible to add an extra bed to the rooms with a double bed, and a baby cot is available on request. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets, hair dryer, iron, TV and air conditioning. The owners can provide a kettle on request. Bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins with glass doors.

Guests have at their disposal two larger common kitchens inside the building, as well as one outdoor kitchen located near the grill. The yard is filled with greenery and offers seating areas and barbecue equipment. The cleaning of the units, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done every three days. Private parking is provided for all guests of the accommodation. Small pets are welcome with prior notice.
