Tonia's Sea Studios are located in the very center of the resort of Leptokaria, a popular tourist spot on the coast of the Aegean Sea. Thanks to its exceptional location, the beach and all important facilities are only a few minutes' walk away. The accommodation units are neat and well maintained, and this accommodation is suitable for families and couples looking for a quiet and comfortable summer holiday. Leptokaria is located at the foot of Mount Olympus and is known for its combination of mountain freshness and sea climate, which creates specific weather conditions due to which this place is often considered a natural air spa, ideal for a stay during the warm months.

We offer three-bed studios, located on the ground floor, as well as on the first and second floors. They are designed for up to three adults and consist of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The studios are equipped with one French and one single bed or with three single beds.

In the 2026 season, a total of three accommodation units are offered.

A baby cot is available upon guests' request, at no additional charge.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and free Wi-Fi internet and television are available to guests. The kitchenettes are intended for preparing light meals and are equipped with a cooking hob and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Depending on the floor on which the accommodation unit is located, guests have a balcony or veranda, both equipped with seating, suitable for rest and relaxation.

Pets are not allowed. Guests enter clean accommodation and maintain hygiene themselves during their stay, while bed linen and towels are changed halfway through their stay for reservations longer than ten nights.

Private parking is not provided, but a free parking space can usually be found along the street where the accommodation is located.
