Villa Rania Studios is located in Phryni, about 2 km from the city of Lefkas and offers an excellent price-quality ratio. Guests have at their disposal a spacious and beautifully decorated yard with furniture for sitting and dining, a common barbecue, a children's playground, a swimming pool with a separate area for children (open from 25.06. to 30.09.) and a private parking lot. The accommodation is about 500 m from the beach and 300 m from the town center, while the bakery and shop are about 150 m away.

We offer studios for 2-4 people, with an area of ​​about 35 m2, which contain a French and a single bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed (metal construction with a thinner mattress). Also, a large apartment for up to five people is available, with an area of ​​about 70 m2, which has a double bed in a separate bedroom and another double bed in the kitchen area, with the possibility of adding an extra bed.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, bathroom, terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove and a refrigerator with a freezer. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Villa Rania is an ideal choice for families, couples and all travelers looking for affordable accommodation near the beach of Agios Ioannis. Due to the spacious yard and swimming pool, it is especially recommended for families with small children.
