Iliaktida Studios-Villas is located in Phryni on Lefkada, about 450m from the beach, 600m from the center of the village and about 2km from the town of Lefkada. The nearest bakery and shop are about 600m away. The facility offers a spacious and very nicely decorated yard with furniture for sitting and dining, a shared barbecue, a swimming pool and a private parking lot. Wireless internet is available throughout the facility.

We offer different accommodation units that can host from two to four people. Standard studios of about 17m2 are designed for two people and have a double bed. Superior studios have an area of 23m2 to 28m2, are designed for two to three people and contain one double bed and one single bed. Deluxe studios with an area of 25m2 to 28m2 can host two to four people and are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed. Four-bed apartments with an area of about 32m2 have one separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed. The mattresses on the sofas in the deluxe studios and suites are almost standard size and big enough for adults.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a TV, safe, mosquito nets and a bathroom with a hairdryer. The kitchens are fully equipped and include a stove with an oven and a refrigerator with a chamber. Each unit has a terrace with a view of the pool or the mountain. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every other day.
