Gateway Studio is located in the town of Lefkas, the administrative and cultural center of the island, known for its large marina and long promenade with numerous taverns and restaurants. The accommodation is 3.6 km from the beach of Agios Ioannis.

The studio is designed for up to four adults and is structured as a maisonette on two levels. On the lower level, which is at the height of the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the second level, in the attic, there is a toilet and an open gallery with a sleeping area. The living room is equipped with a sofa for two people, while the gallery has a double bed. A baby cot is available on request and is included in the price.

This air-conditioned accommodation has independent cooling units in the living room and gallery. Free wireless internet, flat-screen TV, hair dryer and washing machine are available to guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove with two glass ceramic rings, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. The furnished balcony offers a view of the city.

Pets are not allowed in this facility. The cleaning of the unit, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done every third day of the stay. Parking space is not provided, but free parking is always available on the street near the accommodation. The facility is open to guests throughout the year.
