There are several nice beach bars and restaurants along this beach. Villa Dioni is located on the property together with another villa called Villa Phaedra. Each villa has complete privacy, is modernly furnished and offers plenty of luxury. Both villas have unique panoramic sea views and a beautiful outdoor kitchen for outdoor dining. There is also a playground for children. You can enjoy unique sunsets from your balcony. The villa is surrounded by olive and orange trees. SCHEDULE OF VILLA DIONI
On the ground floor there is an open kitchen with a dining table for six people and a comfortable living room with a fireplace and satellite TV with Netflix. From the living room you have direct access to the covered terrace outside. An ideal place for breakfast in the morning. On the ground floor there is also a laundry room with a washing machine, wardrobe, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner. There is also a separate toilet.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and a balcony with a sofa for two and a sea view. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and sink. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, which can also be joined into a double bed using a canopy. Bedroom 3 has two single beds.
