In a beautiful location, in Agios Ioannis, just 600m from the beach, you will find the Elaia set, surrounded by greenery, which offers:

Located in an olive grove, the Elaia complex - painted in the colors of olive leaves - is located in the middle of a large estate of 4 acres, decorated with grass, flowers and trees.

The combination of simplicity, high degree of hygiene and functionality, give our apartments comfort as well as the whole complex, with the inevitable peace and quiet.

Our accommodation is located 600m from the famous and popular beach of Agios Ioannis (Lefkada beach) and 1km from Lefkada.

The Elaia complex has a safe play area for the youngest visitors, but also for all those who love Kite Surf, because it is located a short distance from Myloi Beach. There is also enough space in the yard to store your belongings.

Agios Ioannis beach is a true wonder of nature - it is sandy, 6 km long and is known for its purity and transparency and is one of the most famous where you can try wind and kite surfing.

Near the accommodation there is a supermarket, bakery, taverns and cafes.

Elaia Complex is 1.9 km from Kaminia Beach. Other sights worth mentioning are Alikes, the Archaeological Museum, as well as the monastery. The nearest airport is 12 km from the complex.

The Elaia complex consists of apartments with a separate bedroom, as well as a living room, ideal for couples and families. It has a fully equipped kitchen, TV in both rooms, air conditioning and double beds, mirror and wardrobes. Spacious balconies have sea and olive grove views.

There are also renovated studios in the complex, fully equipped and all are located on the ground floor and are an ideal choice for families, because children go out directly into the yard.
