Olivia Villa is an unmistakable choice for families who want to enjoy tranquility and privacy, staying in a spacious house not far from a sandy and pebble beach without crowds.

It is located in a quiet area of Kriopigi, on the Kassandra peninsula, and a steep downhill path leads to the unfenced beach with natural shade, which is about 250m away, so descending and climbing can be a difficult task for individuals. The first shops and cafes are located at about 850m, in the center of town.

The house is spread over two levels and can accommodate a maximum of six people. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen and toilet, while on the first floor there is a bathroom and three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, and the third has a sofa for two people. One bedroom is glazed and offers the possibility of watching the sunrise directly from the bed, and the other two bedrooms have access to the balcony. A cot is available on request.

Air conditioning is installed in the living room and two bedrooms, and in the third (glazed bedroom) there is a ceiling fan. Wi-Fi internet, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with freezer, a stove with four glass ceramic rings and a large oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine are available. The bathroom has a shower cabin.

During the stay, the guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation, and the change of bed linen and towels is possible with an additional charge and in agreement with the owners.

Guests can park their cars in front of the house. The yard is fenced and is a real little oasis to enjoy - the lawns are carefully maintained, there are garden swings in the shade of trees and an outdoor dining area with an impressive sea view. There is also a roof terrace with a panoramic view of the Aegean Sea. Pets are not allowed.

Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, when you reach the grave street in Kriopigi, turn left at the Panorama market and drive straight to Medusa Hotel, then turn left and continue for another 360m to the next turn on the left. After 200m you will turn left again, then left again and continue straight for another 50m to the last four villas in a row - the second on the right is Villa Olivia.

If during your vacation your imperative is to enjoy the natural environment, peace, quiet and enchanting view of the sea, then Olivia Villa can be a good choice.
