The family villa, built as a maisonette, is spread over two carefully designed levels, providing a comfortable environment for a maximum of six adults and two children. The layout of the rooms is functionally organized in order to provide everyone with enough space and privacy. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa for two people, suitable for additional sleeping or relaxing during the day. Upstairs, three bedrooms await you: two with double beds offer quality rest, while the third, with bunk beds, is perfect for children or younger travelers. There is also a second bathroom available, which contributes to complete comfort during your stay.

For guests traveling with small children, the apartment offers the possibility of using a cot at no additional charge, with prior notice. This convenience makes travel planning easier, because it eliminates the need to carry bulky equipment, and provides the youngest with a safe, clean and comfortable place to rest. The bed is properly maintained and prepared for use, ready to respond to the needs of families who care that the little ones feel comfortable and protected during their stay.

In addition to the functional layout of the rooms, the apartment is modernly equipped to provide guests with complete comfort and practicality during their stay, with carefully selected details that meet everyday needs. Thanks to the position of the house, the veranda is in natural shade for most of the day, so a parasol is almost not needed. On the first floor there is a spacious balcony that stretches along the whole house, and two bedrooms have direct access to it. This space provides perfect conditions for quiet moments in the fresh air, in the atmosphere of mild evenings and the silence provided by the environment. A barbecue is also available to guests, which provides the perfect opportunity to prepare your favorite dishes outdoors, in an informal atmosphere and the light rhythm of summer days. Whether the day is spent in the shade of the veranda or with dinner under the stars, every corner of this accommodation invites you to relax.

In order to maintain high hygiene standards and the comfort of guests, the stay of pets is not allowed within this accommodation. Such an approach ensures a clean and carefully maintained space, with a pleasant environment that meets the needs of all visitors.

The cleaning of the apartment, including the change of bed linen and towels, is organized on the fourth day of the stay, in accordance with the previous agreement with the owner. In this way, guests are able to enjoy a fresh and well-maintained space during their vacation without additional worries.

In order to make your stay as carefree and practical as possible, two reserved parking spaces are provided within the property. This convenience allows safe accommodation of the vehicle and easy access to the apartment at any time, contributing to complete mobility during the vacation.

Kriopigi is a picturesque resort located on the Kassandra peninsula, in the area of Halkidiki, which fascinates with its unique combination of mountain landscape and sea coast. Built amphitheatrically on the slopes of a hillside, surrounded by dense pine forests, the village overlooks the beautiful beach at the foot, creating an idyllic setting for a peaceful, family vacation. The location of the resort offers stunning panoramic views of Toroneos Bay and the distant Mount Olympus, while the main beach, awarded with the Blue Flag, offers fine sand, shallow and exceptionally clear sea, ideal for the youngest visitors.
