Apartments and studios Eva are located in a quiet green area, just outside the village of Svoronata in Kefalonia. They are about 9 (nine) kilometers away from Argostoli, the capital of the island.

At a walking distance of about 200m there is a beautiful beach with gray sand, Ai Helis. It is organized and has deck chairs, parasols, a canteen, crystal clear water and a beach volleyball court. It is ideal for families with small children. Another beautiful and clean beach is a short walk from the house. It is Ammes beach with golden sand. The beautiful Avithos Beach is just a short drive away. Other beaches in the immediate vicinity are Makris and Platis Gialos in the Lassi area. Just 20 meters from the complex there is a family restaurant with traditional Kefalonian cuisine, and 40 meters away there is a mini market, a coffee bar, a tavern and a car rental agency.

Apartment Panorama is located on the second floor of the house and has 90m2, fully equipped kitchen with freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Rooms have a TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. In the yard there are two bathrooms with shower, and the apartment can accommodate two to five guests. In the spacious living room there is a sofa bed, a large TV, and finally a large terrace where you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the lush landscape that surrounds the house.

The apartment with sea view is located on the first floor of this small family house and has 90m2. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds for two to five people. From the bedroom there is an exit to the terrace where there is shade, and from the living room there is an exit to a spacious terrace where you can relax at any time and enjoy the beautiful landscape. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, microwave, kitchen, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is also an ironing board and iron. It has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The large living room has a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, large screen TV.

From these two apartments you can see the island of Zakynthos.

The apartment overlooks the yard is 42m2, located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 to 3 people. Features a large bedroom with double bed, shower, hairdryer, wardrobe, ironing board and iron. In the front room there is a kitchenette, a small stove, a refrigerator and a dining table. There is also a single bed.

The studio is located on the ground floor and consists of one room of 32m2. It has a large double bed, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, kitchenette, shower, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There is a comfortable sofa bed. It can accommodate two people.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment and studio Eva there are two independent studios on the first floor of 25m. They have a double bed, kitchen, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, TV, shower and access to a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the beauty of the landscape in front of you.
