Salt and Pine Apartment is located in Kallithea, just 50 meters from the wide sandy beach. Thanks to its extremely close distance from the sea and its location in the very center of the town, this accommodation is suitable for guests who want a stay without a long walk to the beach and with all amenities within easy reach. In the immediate vicinity there are taverns, cafes, small markets, souvenir shops and pastry shops.

The apartment is intended for a maximum of four adults and one baby. It consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The entrance to the apartment is from the back of the building, at ground floor level, and leads directly to the bedroom. The bedroom leads to the living room with kitchen, which has access to the balcony. Due to the configuration of the terrain, the balcony is at the height of the first floor and is oriented towards the sea. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for two people.

At the request of the guests, within the price, a baby cot is also available.

The apartment is fully equipped and has two air conditioners, one each in the bedroom and living room. Free WiFi, a TV in the living room, a washing machine, a hair dryer and an iron are at guests' disposal. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four rings, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.

The bedroom opens onto a veranda equipped with seating, while the balcony from the living room offers a view of the sea. Guests also have access to a shared barbecue, which is shared with the neighboring apartment.

Pets are not allowed.

Guests maintain the hygiene of the accommodation themselves during their stay, and spare sets of bed linen and towels are provided for independent replacement.

Parking is not provided, but parking is mostly possible along the street in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

Kallithea is located on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula. Afitos is about 2.5 km away, while the other famous resorts of Kassandra are a short drive away. The nearest airport in Thessaloniki is about 78 km away.
