Rappos Studios is simply decorated, neat and clean accommodation located in a quiet location, not far from the center of Kallithea. There are a total of 10 comfortable studios for two to four people. Although the accommodation is located in a quieter part of town, a short walk separates it from all the facilities that Kallithea has to offer.

The beach is about 200 meters away and can be reached by a path that includes a gentle ascent and descent, while the nearest market and bakery are about 100 meters from the property.

Rappos Studios has five two-bed, four three-bed and one four-bed studios. The foundation of the building is several steps below ground level, so part of the accommodation units can be experienced as a basement.

The four-bed studio, with an area of about 40 m², is located on the ground floor, that is, in the basement part of the building. It is equipped with four single beds and a large kitchen that has the necessary dishes, a refrigerator and a stove with two hotplates. Above the sink is a large window that looks out to the concrete fence of the back yard. In front of the studio is a brick veranda without a fence, equipped with seating.

Two-bed and three-bed studios, with an area of 24 to 26 m², are distributed on the first and second floors of the building, while one of them is located on the ground floor, next to the four-bed studio. Two-bed studios have one double bed or two single beds, while three-bed studios are equipped with one double bed and one single bed. The kitchens in these studios have basic dishes, a stove and a refrigerator. Three-bed studios have two terraces each.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have internet access and TV. A hair dryer can be obtained from the owner's reception desk, while a safety deposit box is located in the closet in each studio. The bathrooms are equipped with smaller bathtubs with a curtain.

Cleaning of the studio, as well as changing of towels and bed linen, is done every three days.

The facility does not have a private parking lot, so guests park along the sidewalk in front of the house.

Rappos Studios is a good choice for guests looking for modest, but neat and functional accommodation in a good location, close to the center of Kallithea and the beach, with easy access to the various amenities of the place.
