Our description
Rappos Studios is simply arranged, tidy and clean accommodation, not far from the center of Kallithea. It consists of a total of 10 comfortable studios, capacity for 2-4 people. It is located in a quiet location, but a short walk separates you from all the facilities of this charming resort.
Accommodation is located about 200m from the beach, uphill and downhill. The nearest market and bakery are at a distance of about 100m.
We offer five double, four triple and one quadruple studio. The foundation of the house is a few steps below ground level, so that part of the accommodation may be considered a basement.
Four-bed studio (about 40m2) is located on the ground floor (basement); it has four single beds and a large kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils, a refrigerator and a two-burner stove. Above the sink is a large window overlooking the concrete fence of the backyard. In front there is a brick porch without a fence, with seating.
Double and triple studios (24-26m2) are located on the first and second floor. In the double studios there is either one double or two single beds, while in the triple one there is one double and one single bed. The kitchens in these units are also equipped with the necessary utensils, stove and refrigerator, and the triple studios have two terraces.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet access and a TV, and a hairdryer is available at the reception from the landlady. A safety deposit box in each studio is located in the closet. The bathrooms have small bathtubs with curtains.
Towels and linen are changed, as well as cleaning is done every three days.
Private parking does not exist, so guests park along the sidewalk in front of the house.
Rappos Studios is a good choice for guests who prefer clean and modest accommodation in a good location - close to the center, but also the beach, just a few steps from the various facilities offered by Kallithea.

Where the greenery meets the endless blue, 150m from the local, crystal clear beach, in the heart of the traditional village of Kallithea in cosmopolitan Halkidiki, there is a modern residential area Rappos Studios. At just a few minutes from the shopping center (100m) you can enjoy walks or nightlife adventures whenever you want. The residential area is close to local restaurants, bars, cafes, nightclubs, shops, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies and everything that will give you a pleasant stay. Our spacious, hospitable and comfortable apartments aim to offer pleasure at friendly prices.
Air conditioning, satellite TV, private toilet with shower, fully equipped kitchen and internet access are included in the price. All apartments have an independent balcony, where you can enjoy coffee and a soothing view of the courtyard and the street. Next to the village there is a common parking space, where you can park your vehicle. Each apartment is decorated differently and offers a choice of vacation suitable for you. Our hospitality and friendly atmosphere offer a pleasant holiday away from the daily routine, exploring the beautiful Kallithea, the coast and the best services offered so far.
Our goal is for you to come as clients and leave as friends. Rappos Studios has double rooms with the possibility of expanding to a triple room, and triple rooms with the possibility of expanding to a five-bed room.
All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, refrigerator) and toilet, air conditioning / heating, satellite TV, internet. They have a separate terrace or veranda overlooking the courtyard.
Rappos studies consist of 9 studies. One quadruple, 4 triple and 5 double.
