Nana Apartment is an accommodation just 100m from the sandy beach in Kallithea, with a beautifully landscaped yard with a shaded seating area in front and behind. This spacious duplex apartment is located in a quiet environment and very close to the center and the promenade, so evening entertainment is easily accessible.

The center, the nearest supermarket and bakery are about 250m away, while the nearest restaurant (Taverna Delfini) is only 30m away.

The apartment (75m2) is suitable for 5-6 people. The first bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning, while the second has three single beds with the possibility of adding an extra bed. In the living room there are two couches, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove, a large refrigerator and an electric kettle, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The terrace and veranda have awnings.

Washing machine, internet, barbecue, tumble dryer and water tap are available to guests. Hair dryer is available on request.

The owners leave a set of bed linen and towels for the guests, and the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the apartment during their stay.

From the front terrace you can see the sea, partially obscured by the building in front. A stone path leads to the landscaped beach. Read more about nearby beaches here.

They do not have private parking, so you can park your vehicle in the immediate vicinity.

Nana Apartment is an excellent choice for larger families who want comfortable accommodation close to the beach and all the facilities that Kallithea has to offer.
