This modernly equipped maisonette offers everything needed for an unforgettable family vacation or a stay with friends. The property is located on the northeastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, in the village of Kalithea, known for its elevated position offering breathtaking sea views. The nearest beach, with crystal-clear water and a long shallow area, is just a short distance from the property. Liliana House is a four-level maisonette designed to accommodate up to six adults. The lowest level (basement) features an open sleeping area with a double bed, a bathroom, and a storage room equipped with a washing machine and an ironing board. The second level (semi-basement) includes an open sleeping area with a single bed and a pull-out bed of the same size. The third level (ground floor) has the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a second bathroom. The top level (first floor) is an open gallery with a double bed. The maisonette is air-conditioned, with one AC located in the basement and another on the ground floor. Guests can enjoy free WiFi, TVs in the living room and in the sleeping area in basement, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
