Fani Villa is located in Kallithea, Halkidiki, in a quiet residential area that provides a pleasant atmosphere for vacation. The sandy beach is about 850 meters away, while the town center, with shops, restaurants and a promenade, is approximately 500 meters from the accommodation. The villa has a beautifully landscaped yard full of greenery, which offers guests peace and space to relax.
We offer studios designed for a maximum of three adults, located on the first and second floors of the building. Studios for two people, located on the first floor, can have two separate beds or a double bed. Studios for three people are located on the first and second floor and are equipped with a French bed and one single bed.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and offer guests Wi-Fi internet, TV, as well as a kitchen adapted to the preparation of light meals, with a stove with two hot plates and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Each studio has a balcony equipped with seating, overlooking the courtyard or the street.
Guests also have access to a shared courtyard with comfortable seating, suitable for spending time outdoors.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Guests enter clean accommodation and maintain hygiene themselves during their stay. For stays lasting ten nights or longer, a replacement set of towels and bed linen is provided on the sixth day, which guests change independently.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but free parking spaces can generally be found in the immediate vicinity of the facility.
Notes:
The minimum stay in accommodation is nine nights. The supplement for the stay of pets is €20 per shift, i.e. for ten days of stay, and is paid directly to the owners or the person in charge of receiving guests upon arrival. The first and second child under the age of two, accompanied by two adults, get a discount of €20 per shift, per child, while the third child of the same age gets a discount of €10 per shift. The maximum number of reductions for children is three per accommodation unit.
