Cozy House is located in Kallithea, one of the most popular resorts on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, about 900 meters from the beach. The accommodation is suitable for guests looking for a quiet stay in a functional apartment, within a residential environment.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building and can host a maximum of five people. It consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa intended for one person.

The apartment is air-conditioned and guests can use free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a shower-tub with a curtain.

From the veranda, which is equipped with seating, guests can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the courtyard.

Pets are allowed on request. During their stay, guests themselves take care of maintaining the hygiene of the apartment, as well as changing the bed linen and towels that are available to them. For all reservations, there is a mandatory surcharge for final cleaning after the stay.

The accommodation does not have private parking, but parking is possible on the street in front of the building.
