Apolonia Apartment offers a six-bed maisonette located on the second floor of the building in a quiet street, near the center of Kallithea. The house in which it is located has a total of three accommodation units, which provides guests with additional peace and privacy. The advantage of this accommodation is the capacity adapted to larger families, as well as spacious terraces with a view of the sea in the distance. The beach is about 300 meters away.
From the main gate, stairs lead to the second floor, where there is a maisonette of about 55 m², organized on two levels. The first level consists of a kitchen, a living room, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, as well as a table with chairs. From the kitchen and the bedroom there is a terrace facing the street. In the living room there are two folding couches, a coffee table, TV and air conditioning, and from this room there is access to another terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, from which there is a view of the sea in the distance. The bedroom has a double bed, while the bathroom has an enclosed shower with a curtain.
On the second level there is a low and sloping attic, which is reached by an iron spiral staircase. This space is not separated by a door and is primarily intended for older children. In the attic there are two single beds, air conditioning and a toilet.
The maisonette is equipped with internet, multi-purpose, electric kettle, toaster and hair dryer.
Guests themselves maintain the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, as well as changing towels and bed linen, and the owners leave an additional set of clean bed linen in the closet.
The accommodation does not have a private parking lot, but there is a public area about 20 meters from the facility where it is possible to park a vehicle.
