Ipsipili Villa is located near the small town of Kalandra, known for the remains of the ancient sanctuary of Mendi, after which the whole area is named, as well as for one of the most beautiful beaches on the Kassandra peninsula. The beach is about 350 meters away from the villa and is a real haven of peace - it is away from traffic and noise, surrounded by greenery and natural shade, spacious and sandy, with turquoise, extremely clean and transparent sea.
The accommodation unit with three bedrooms, intended for ten adults and two children, is organized as a two-story maisonette. On the lower level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate sleeping area that is not physically separated from the living area by a door. The upper level, located at the level of the first floor and reached by an external staircase, includes another living room with kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. In the two bedrooms on the first floor, as well as in the separate sleeping area on the ground floor, there are double beds, while the third bedroom has two joined single beds. In both living rooms there is a sofa suitable for sleeping two people.
At the guests' request, a baby cot is available at no additional charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation has air-conditioning in both living rooms, while the bedrooms are equipped with fans. Free Wi-Fi internet, flat-screen TV with Netflix platform, hair dryer, washing machine, iron, as well as two fully equipped kitchens are at guests' disposal. Both kitchens have a four-burner stove, large oven, large fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, while the kitchen on the upper level is additionally equipped with a microwave and dishwasher.
Pleasant moments can be spent on the furnished veranda or balcony, from where there is a view of the sea and the outlines of the mountain peaks in the distance, ideal for relaxing in the morning or in the evening.
In the beautifully decorated and carefully maintained yard, guests can find facilities for all generations. There are deckchairs for relaxing, garden furniture, as well as an area for preparing a barbecue and spending time with family and friends. The youngest can enjoy playing on the swings or playing football on the lawn, while the adults relax in a pleasant environment.
The stay of pets is allowed with prior agreement, without additional charge, and a maximum of two pets are allowed.
During the stay, the guests themselves take care of the cleanliness of the accommodation, as well as the change of bed linen and towels provided to them. For stays longer than 15 days, one cleaning is included in the price.
Three parking spaces are provided for guests within the facility.
Ipsipili Villa is located about 22 kilometers from the popular resort of Pefkohori, 12 kilometers from the town of Siviri and about 92 kilometers from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki, which makes it an excellent choice for those who want a quiet holiday, but also good connections with other parts of Kassandra.
