Ground Villa is located in Kalamitsi, a small and quiet place in the very south of Sithonia, 180m from the sandy beach of the same name. Along the beach, a few minutes' walk from the accommodation, there are mini markets, taverns and bars.

We offer an apartment with an entrance on the ground floor, which is designed to accommodate a maximum of seven people. It consists of two bedrooms, each of which is equipped with a double bed and a bed for one person, while in the living room with the kitchen there is a sofa for one person.

Guests have at their disposal an air conditioner in the living room that can cool the entire apartment, a smart TV; WiFi internet, washing machine, kitchen equipped with a large fridge with freezer and a stove with four rings and a large oven.

Guests can spend warm summer days on the balcony equipped with seating, which, due to the sloping configuration of the terrain, is at the level of the high ground floor.

In the fenced yard with natural shade, children have a swing and a wooden house with a slide at their disposal, while adults have the opportunity to prepare a barbecue with family and friends.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners.

Guests enter clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, while bed linen and towels are changed once every eight days.

Parking is available for guests in the yard.

The international airport of Thessaloniki is located 143 km away, while the village of Sikia is 10 km away.
