Arroyo is a newly built, luxury accommodation in Kalamitsi, located near one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia.

The accommodation is about 220m away from the beach, the main promenade, taverns and markets.

There are four four-bed studios on offer, one of which is adapted for people with disabilities. The studios on the ground floor, where the kitchen is also located, have a sofa bed that can sleep two people, and on the first floor they have a double bed. The rooms on the ground floor and on the first floor are not separated by doors. All four studios have access to the yard and a table with chairs in front.

The kitchens located on the ground floor are fully equipped, they have a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a built-in hob with two hotplates and a toaster. The bathrooms have a shower with a glass partition, and hair dryers are also available to guests.

The studios are air-conditioned, have internet, TV and mosquito nets. Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning of accommodation units is done every four days.

There is also a parking space in the spacious and well-kept yard.

Coming from the direction of Toroni, as soon as you turn off the main road in Kalamica, you will come across the Arroyo on the left.
