With Garden Seafront House is located near Ierissos, on the east coast of the third peninsula of Halkidiki, in the area of Mount Athos. The accommodation is about 100 meters from the sandy beach and has a view of the sea, verandas, a yard and a barbecue area.

The accommodation unit is a two-room apartment designed as a maisonette on two levels, with the entrance on the first floor, and can accommodate up to five adults and two children. The lower level, located in the basement, contains two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has an open sleeping area intended for children, which is not separated by a door. The upper level, located on the first floor, includes a living room with a kitchen. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other a double bed and one single bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people.

A baby cot is available on request and is included in the price of the stay.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, with air conditioning in the living room. Free Wi-Fi internet, TV, fan, hair dryer and washing machine are at guests' disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove with four ceramic rings, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.

The furnished veranda and balcony offer a view of the sea.

A barbecue is available to guests in the yard.

The stay of pets is allowed on request and without additional charge.

Two umbrellas and four deckchairs are available to guests on the beach.
