Okean Apartments is a new and modern accommodation in Jerisos, about 70 meters from the beach. It is intended for larger families and guests who want a comfortable stay near the sea. Five spacious apartments are offered, and in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation there are shops, restaurants, cafes and a promenade.
On the high ground floor, which is reached by eight steps from street level, there are two apartments with separate entrances. One apartment is oriented towards the sea and has a direct view of the sea, while the other is facing the courtyard and the neighboring building. The apartment with a sea view has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with a double bed and one single bed. The apartment has a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a sofa bed for two people. The apartment has two bathrooms and a fenced terrace of about 70 m², equipped with a table and chairs. It is intended for a stay of up to seven people. The apartment in the back part of the ground floor has two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, and the other has a single bed and a sofa bed. The living room is connected to the equipped kitchen and a smaller dining table. Guests have access to a bathroom, a washing machine, a large balcony with seating and a small yard. This apartment is suitable for up to four people.
On the first floor there are two more apartments, one with a view of the sea and the other facing the neighboring yard. These apartments, as well as the apartment in the attic, have a separate entrance from the side of the building. The apartment with a sea view has three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, the second with a double bed and a couch for one person, while the third has a single bed. The apartment includes a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining room and two bathrooms. It is intended for a stay of up to six people. The apartment in the back part of the floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a living room with a sofa for two people, an equipped kitchen with a small dining table and a long balcony with seating. This apartment can host up to five people.
On the second, top floor, there is an apartment in the attic. In the bedroom there is a French king-size bed and a sofa for one person. The apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a terrace with a view of the sea, equipped with a dining table for six people. It is suitable for five to six people.
All apartments are air-conditioned, including the bedrooms, and are equipped with a washing machine, hair dryer, safe, mosquito nets, internet and two televisions each. The kitchens have two or three hotplates, large ovens, a kettle, a coffee machine and a large or standard fridge. A baby cot can be provided on request, at no extra charge. The stay of pets is allowed in some apartments, with prior agreement and a mandatory deposit.
The cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every four days.
Parking is possible in front of the building or along the street.
