Grands' House is a newer building, located not far from the sandy beach in Jerisos. It has eight clean and comfortable apartments, capacity up to four people. The accommodation has a small and fenced yard, with landscaped lawn, summer house and barbecue, which makes it a great choice for a family vacation.

The house is 150m away from the beach. The nearest market is at a distance of 50m, while the bakery is at 20m. The center is about 350m away, and the nearest restaurant about 100m.

The apartments are located on the ground floor (25m2) and on the first floor (27-28m2). The owners live on the second floor.

All units are air conditioned and have internet access, TV, terrace / veranda with hairdryer and mosquito nets. There is a fountain with a hose in each corner of the house. A shared washing machine is also available to guests.

The kitchens are equipped, have a stove with two hobs and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower (except for one apartment, which has an unfenced shower).

Pets are allowed with a mandatory request.

Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, while guests take care of the hygiene of their units.

Private parking is not available, so guests can park nearby.

Grands' accommodation is a great choice for families with children, who want good accommodation close to all amenities in Jerisos.
