Accommodation Deres is located in a very quiet location in Hanioti. It offers 10 comfortable and clean apartments for 4-5 people. In the spacious yard, guests have at their disposal sofas, toys for children, summer house and barbecue, as well as open courts for basketball and football, and parking is provided. All this makes it ideal for a nice family vacation. Small pets are also welcome.

The nearest market is 200m away, and the nearest bakery is about 300m away. The center is located at a distance of about 600 m, while the beach is about 800 m away.

Larger, five-bed apartments (50m2) are duplex and consist of two bedrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a refrigerator, a standard stove, a plasma TV (SAT TV) and a bathroom (renovated in 2023) with a shower with a curtain and a hair dryer. These apartments are located on the first floor, there are four of them in total, and they open onto a large terrace with a table and chairs. In the first bedroom there is one double bed, in the second there are two single beds, while in the kitchen there is a couch.

Smaller, four-bed apartments (35m2) contain a kitchen with all the necessary accessories (they have a stove with hotplates, not a standard stove), a separate bedroom and a bathroom. One smaller apartment differs from the others, because instead of one French bed, it has two single beds. These apartments are located on the ground floor, there are six of them in total, and they open onto a porch with seating.

All apartments have an air conditioner, mosquito nets and internet.

During their stay, guests take care of the hygiene of the units themselves, and for this they are provided with the necessary utensils. Towels are changed every 2-3 days, while bed linen is changed every 4-5 days.

In order to reach the accommodation, coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, at the intersection before Penny's Hotel (located on the left), turn right from the highway and you will come across the desired property.

Deres Apartments is not a newer accommodation, but it is in excellent condition, so it is a good and frequent choice for families with children and everyone who enjoys staying in a quiet location.
