Alkioni First Line Villa is an accommodation in Hanioti, on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, 50m from the sea.

The town center and the first shops are about 500m away.

The house has three levels and can accommodate a maximum of nine people. There are four bedrooms and a bathroom on the first level, which is partially in the basement. On the first floor there is a living room with a sofa, a kitchen and a toilet. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms have double beds.

It is possible to get a cot upon request and this service is not charged separately.

The accommodation is air-conditioned (there are air conditioners in all bedrooms and the living room), TV, internet, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a microwave oven and a large refrigerator. The bathrooms have a shower cabin.

A barbecue can be obtained upon prior request.

Pets are not allowed.

Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, and the change of towels and bed linen is not provided.

Parking is possible in the surrounding streets.
