I am renting a house with a front and back garden. The house is semi-detached and it is the so-called Greek masonette-houses in a row.
The house is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large living room with dining room and kitchen, pantry and toilet, a large terrace with a table for sitting.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and two terraces. One overlooks the forest and the other from the bedrooms overlooks the sea.
There is parking for two vehicles in front of the house.
The beach is 500 m away, the house is located at the exit of the main road towards the sea.
The beach is wild, beautiful sand with pine trees after 11 o'clock.
You can reach the beach by car and there is a parking lot.
The beach is connected to Kriopigi city beach with umbrellas and ligistulas.

April, May and until June 20, the price is 120 Eur per day.
From June 20, July and August it is 200 euros per day.
