La Isla Villa is a newly built accommodation, decorated very modern, in a quiet part of Golden Beach, with a fantastic view of the entire bay. Surrounded by olive groves, it offers guests complete peace and privacy, since there are only two units on offer, which can be rented out together, so two families can rent the entire house and be the only guests in it.
This accommodation is located on Golden Beach, or Skala Panagia, as it is also known. The first market is located one kilometer from the building, and the sandy beach, with a gradual depth, is 750m away.
In its offer, this facility has two accommodation units - a three-bed studio (35m2) on the upper ground floor and a four-bed apartment (45m2) on the first floor. Both units have a sea view.
The three-bed studio consists of one French bed and a sofa bed for one smaller child. It is equipped with a kitchen where you can find a coffee machine and a large refrigerator. The walls are decorated with stone and even from the studio itself you can see the sea because the wall facing the sea is almost entirely made of glass, due to the wide balcony doors. There is a shower in the bathroom, without a curtain.
The four-bed apartment on the first floor consists of one separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has two single beds. There is also a washing machine in this unit. There is a window in the bedroom, from where you can see the bay, while from the living room (where the entrance to the apartment is) there is a really large balcony with an unreal view of the sea and the mountain and where there is also a barbecue area, so we believe that the guests of this apartment will really enjoy the moments they spend on the terrace.
These two units can be rented out together, so two families who vacation together can use it, and in that way the entire facility would be available to those visitors, so privacy is guaranteed. This is supported by the fact that there are no other accommodations in the immediate vicinity.
Both accommodation units have air conditioning and TV set, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, coffee machine, and guests can also use a baby cot, which is available upon request.
The guests themselves are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, and they have a clean set of towels and bed linen at their disposal, which they can replace themselves if necessary.
The yard is mostly paved, with olive trees that provide some shade and protection from the sun. Private parking is available and provided for guests of this accommodation.
The owners are very friendly and want to provide their guests with an unforgettable vacation. They also have a rent a bike agency, where you can rent scooters, if needed.
If you want new and modern accommodation, in a quiet location, La Isla Villa can be an excellent choice.
