Herich Studios is an accommodation within walking distance from the sandy beach, which has been recently renovated and offers a large number of accommodation units. It is located right on the border between Skala Potamije and Golden Beach, so both beaches are easily accessible. The owners also have a market on the ground floor of the building.

The accommodation is located on Golden Beach, on the border with Skala Potamia, so you have access to both places. It is one of the first buildings that was built in that part of the bay and many things were made by the owner himself. It is a few steps away from the beach, just cross the street and you are practically there. In addition to the market located on the ground floor of the building, on the same street, on the right side of the accommodation, there is also a larger market, SPAR, where you can buy bakery products and you also have a small pastry shop right behind Herich Studio.

In its rich offer, this facility has 18 accommodation units, which are distributed on three levels - in the basement, upper ground floor and first floor.

In the basement there are four accommodation units (studios 13, 14, 15 and 16) in which the bed layouts are completely different. Four-bed studio #13 has one double bed and bunk beds, three-bed studio #14 has three single beds, two-bed studio #15 has two single beds and three-bed studio #16 has one double and one single bed. Studios #14 and #15 share a courtyard and face the street as well as studios #13 and #16, only they face the back of the building and the property in front. Accommodation units #14 and #15 are entered from the courtyard, via the terrace.

On the upper ground floor there are seven studios (from number 1 to number 7) in which the layout of the beds is also different, and only studios #2 and #3 are available for online booking. Quadruple studio number #2 has four single beds and partially overlooks the sea. Partially, because there is vegetation in front of the accommodation, so the view is not complete. Triple studio #3 has one double bed and one single bed and overlooks the mountain.

The first floor also houses seven studios (#8, #9, #10, #11, #17, #18 and #12). Studio #8 has a double bed, one single bed and a couch for one person, so it can accommodate four people and the studio overlooks the sea. Studio #9 has one double bed (160x200cm) and sea view and can host two people. Studio #10 can accommodate three people as there is one double bed and one single and this studio overlooks the sea. Studio #11 is the same as studio #10, except instead of a sea view, it has a mountain view. Studio #17 has one queen bed and bunk beds and overlooks the mountain. Double studio #12 has two single beds and this unit has mountain as well as sea views from the side. Triple studio #18 is not available for online booking.

Square footage of two-bed studios is 18m2, three-bed studios 20m2 and four-bed studios 22-23m2. In studios #9, #12, #15 and #11, it is possible to insert an extra bed for a child up to 12 years old.

All accommodation units have a small kitchenette with two hotplates, a bathroom with a shower and a curtain (except studio #11, which has a cabin and studio #17, which has a glass partition), air conditioning and TV, wireless Internet access, a hairdryer and a kettle. Mosquito nets are only available in studio #3.

The courtyard is small and paved, with a seating area and a large table and benches. A barbecue is also available to guests.

Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed every other day and bed linen is changed every fourth day.

You can park in front of the accommodation.

Given that the facility is located near the road, it is possible that during the day there may be some noise due to the passing of vehicles.

If you want accommodation located a few steps from the beach, with a market right on the ground floor and very friendly owners, Herih Studios would be a good choice.
