Dimitrious Studios & Apartments is a newly built complex that offers very modernly equipped units, with new furniture, in the immediate vicinity of the sea and the beach.

This accommodation is located on Golden Beach, 200 m from a sandy beach with a long shallow. It is 400 m from the first store.

In its offer, this facility has studios (28 m2 - 30 m2) and apartments (46 m2). The studios consist of one French bed and a pull-out armchair, and the owners can add an extra bed if needed. They have a kitchenette and are located either on the upper ground floor or on the first floor.

The apartments are located on the upper ground floor and have a separate bedroom with a French bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person and a pull-out armchair. They have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven.

All accommodation units have a balcony, safe, hairdryer, TV and air conditioning, bathroom. A baby cot is available on request.

Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every three days.

The yard, although small, is beautifully landscaped, partly covered with grass and partly paved. It is fenced and they have toys for the youngest visitors.

The accommodation does not have private parking, but you can leave your vehicle next to the facility.

If you want quality and new accommodation, Dimitrious Studios & Apartments can be an excellent choice.

Skala Potamia and the ethnic village of Panagia are a two-minute drive away, and the center of Skala Panagia is a two-minute walk away. Golden Beach is ideal for a quiet family holiday without nightlife and entertainment, with several supermarkets, shops and restaurants. But, if you want more content, especially in the evening, the capital Limenas is a ten minute drive away.

In addition to having an excellent sandy beach (ideal for children), Golden Beach is also excellently located compared to other beaches, because the famous Paradise beach is a ten-minute drive away, Makrijamos, Tarzanas and Nisteri beaches are about 15 minutes away, and Marble Beach is about 18 km away.
