Our description
Accommodation Iris Apartments consists of a total of eight duplex apartments - six apartments of about 50m2 and two more of 70m2. The apartments are very clean and tidy. They are the right place to rest. The owner wants her guests to rest well and sleep well, so she equipped the bedrooms with anatomical mattresses and pillows.
The duplex apartments have two bedrooms with one double bed each, and there is another sofa bed in the dining room. The capacity is a maximum of 4 people (possibly 5 if it is a family with three smaller children). Each apartment has two terraces, there is an awning on the front, while the terraces in the back of the house are shaded by greenery in the yard. The terraces are comfortable and have seating areas.
The apartments have a side sea view and are located on the high ground floor and first floor. Air conditioned, have mosquito nets, TV, hairdryer and internet. The kitchens are fully equipped, have the necessary utensils, refrigerator, stove, oven, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker, and the bathrooms have bathtubs with curtains. Cleaning is done daily, and linen and towels are changed every three days (more often if necessary).
There is a lot of greenery and toys for children in the yard. There is also a brick barbecue, as well as a covered summer house with benches and a table. During the house rules, from 3 pm to 5 pm, the barbecue can be used, but in order not to disturb the guests in the nearby apartments, the landlady usually asks the guests to have lunch in the apartment. Also, gathering in apartments is not allowed. If one of the friends comes to the guests, they can sit in the summer house and possibly use the deck chairs on the beach (if they do not leave any of the regular guests without a place).
Since the accommodation is on the beach, each guest is provided with a deck chair and one parasol on two deck chairs. The sea on the beach is shallow, and the depth is gradual.
There is a parking lot in front of the complex, but during the season it can be crowded if it is used by people who came to the village to forgive, so they parked there.
At 50m from the accommodation there is a market, bakery and butcher, and the center is about 600m away.

The complex consists of 4 two-storey buildings, each of which consists of two separate houses (6 apartments of 50m2 and 2 apartments of 70m2). Each apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen, as well as two spacious balconies offering a unique sea view. There is also a grassy garden next to the beach, separated by a low wall that keeps the sand away from the lawn. At 150 meters from the complex, you will find a bus stop. The village of Furka is less than 2km away, Siviri is 7km away and Kalitea is 14km away. Private parking is provided next to the building.
This is a unique location and resort for anyone who decides to spend a summer vacation with their family or friends in a safe place where children and adults can enjoy the sea and the sun.
Furka is located on the west coast of Kassandra, about 95 kilometers from Thessaloniki and attracts a large number of tourists every year. You can see both faces of Greece in Furka. In the coastal part you will find modern hotels, while in the interior there is a beautiful traditional village.
