Elia House on the beach of the same name can be an ideal choice for larger families and groups looking for safe and fully equipped accommodation in a quiet location. In addition to the proximity to the beach, amenities include wireless internet, private parking, a beautiful and safe yard, a washing machine and privacy due to the small number of accommodation units.
The house is located in the first row to the sea, 40m from the beach. The nearest market is about 300m from the Anthemus Sea Hotel. Nikiti is 11 km away.
We offer an apartment on the ground floor for six people and an apartment on the second floor for eight people. Apartments have separate entrances.
The apartment on the ground floor (66m2) has two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen. It exits directly into the yard. In the bedrooms there is one French or two single beds, and in the living room there is one single bed and a sofa. The kitchen area is fully equipped, with a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven and necessary dishes. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain and a washing machine. In front of the apartment there is a table and chairs, as well as deckchairs. It will not be offered for this season
The apartment on the second floor (125m2) has a wonderful view of the sea. In the first bedroom there are two single beds joined together, in the second there are two single beds, in the third there are two single beds joined together, and in the living room there are bunk beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven and necessary dishes. It has two bathrooms, one with a shower with a curtain and a washing machine, and the other with a shower cabin. The front terrace is divided into two parts, but in case friends want to share the terrace, the partition can be removed. There is an independent awning on each part of the terrace, as well as a movable grill.
The apartments are air-conditioned, have TV, wireless internet, hair dryer and mosquito nets. A baby cot is available on request.
The yard is fenced and spacious, with natural shade, lawn, brick barbecue, large plastic pool with filters for water purification, beach chairs, outdoor shower and private parking.
From the highway Nikiti - Sarti in the Elia beach area, turn towards the Cielo bar and continue on the road along the beach for about 2 km until you see Elia House on the left.
If you need comfortable and well-equipped accommodation on the beach surrounded by greenery, Elia House can be a good choice for you.
