Luxurious Stone House is located within a luxury pool house complex in Elani, not far from Sivieri on the west coast of Kassandra. The distance from the beach and the main facilities in Sivieri is about 2.5 km, while Elani beach, known for its crystal clear water, is 2.8 km away.
Masoutis supermarket and the nearest bakery are about 1.5 km away, at the entrance to Siviri.
This apartment with a traditional appearance and unique design, completely built of stone and with a special atmosphere, has two bedrooms with double beds and is intended for a stay of up to four people. The entrance to the accommodation is on the first floor and can be reached by stairs. A cot can be provided upon request and for an additional fee.
The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities: air conditioning, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi internet, hair dryer and washing machine. The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer, a stove with a large oven and four ceramic hobs, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. Pets are allowed.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene, as well as for changing bed linen and towels, and an additional set is available to them.
On the balcony, equipped with seating, it is possible to enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends. From the balcony you can see the sea in the distance. The guests of this apartment have at their disposal a common swimming pool that is used by all the houses within the complex.
A parking space is provided in the parking area of the complex.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, at the roundabout next to Lidl you need to turn right and continue straight towards Sivieri, but before entering the village, after 5.5 km, turn right and continue straight for about another kilometer to the gate of the Tambos Thea complex. In the fifth row of houses on the left is the Luxurious Stone House, the third house on the right.
This elegant apartment with carefully thought out design and special attention to details provides a pleasant and warm atmosphere, which makes it a good choice for families who want privacy and comfort.
