Habitat Villa in Dacia offers a unique combination of comfort and natural surroundings. It is located on an elevated location with a panoramic view of the sea, in a quiet and isolated part of the town, far from the city crowd, yet only a few minutes' walk from beautiful beaches. A spacious and tidy yard with a swimming pool allows guests complete privacy and a relaxing atmosphere, which makes this villa an ideal choice for those who seek peace and want to be close to tourist attractions.

Accommodation includes two-bed, three-bed and four-bed studios, which are arranged in two separate villas. Each studio consists of a bedroom with a kitchen and a bathroom. Two-bed studios have two single beds, three-bed studios have three single beds, while four-bed studios have four single beds.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and guests have access to a TV, Wi-Fi internet, a hair dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with a two-ring hob, a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. Laundry service is available for an additional fee.

A baby cot is available upon request and at no additional cost.

Guests can relax on the furnished balcony or veranda, or spend time in the large, beautifully landscaped yard featuring a swimming pool, pool bar, deckchairs, gazebo and communal barbecue area.

Pets are allowed.

A secured parking place is located in front of the accommodation itself.

Accommodation cleaning and linen change are done every fifth day, while towels are changed every three days. Additional cleaning services are available at an additional cost.

Habitat Villa is located about 15 km from the capital of the island, Corfu. Nearby are some of the most beautiful beaches, such as Ipsos beach at 3 km, Kontokali beach at 9 km and Barbati beach at 7 km. The nearest airport, Ioannis Kapodistrias Airport in Corfu Town, is 17 km away.
