Mathios studios in Astris is a good choice for those who want to be located in a quieter place, in a courtyard with a large garden, barbecue and parking space, close to the sea and the beach, with a market nearby.

In Astris there is a decent, central beach that is 250m away, and there are a number of smaller coves nearby. The popular Psiliamos beach is about 1 km from the accommodation, and Aliki is about 15 km away. There is a Mathios supermarket across the street, and several hotels, villas and restaurants are 200m away.

Guests have 11 accommodation units at their disposal: 9 studios and 2 apartments. Studios can be for two, three or four people.

For the 2020 season, one 2 bed studio, one 3 bed studio and two 4 bed studios will be renovated on the ground floor.

Two double studios, one is on the ground floor (renovated) and the other is on the first floor. Each has two single beds, a kitchen, a bathroom and the area is about 25m2.

Five studios are for three people. Two are located on the ground floor, and three on the first floor. The area is about 30m2 and each one has three single beds, a kitchen and a bathroom. The three studios located on the first floor have large terraces facing the courtyard and the sea.

Two studios have four beds and both are located on the ground floor, they have been renovated. The area is about 32m2. Each has a large kitchen, bathroom, one double bed and two bunk beds.

The apartment on the ground floor is intended for four people and has an area of about 40m2. There are two single beds in the bedroom, while the kitchen and two more single beds are in the dining room. The terrace faces the yard.

The apartment on the first floor is a duplex, it has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a dining room with a kitchen. The area is about 60m2. Both bedrooms have two single beds, while the dining room has a couch. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large fridge and an oven. This apartment has two terraces, one from the dining room, and the other from one of the bedrooms. They have a view of the yard and the sea.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, kitchen, bathroom, safe, mosquito nets and hair dryer. There is also internet access. All of them have their own balconies with a view to the street or to the yard, olive groves and the sea. Furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, equipment are of medium quality, classic, wooden, except in the studios on the ground floor, which have been renovated. Accommodation is decent and clean.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every four days.

The yard is spacious and has a barbecue that is available to guests.

There is a private parking lot within the courtyard.

Villa Mathios Studios is located in Astris, about 5 km away from Potos, on the right side of the highway, right across from the Mathios market and the bus stop. It is located in a spacious yard, surrounded by greenery and flowers, with plenty of space for parking, sitting in the shade, enjoying, grilling and carefree children's play. The villa is very close to the sea, and is connected to a small sandy beach by a 100m long dirt road.

If you are not too demanding, this accommodation can serve well as a base for tours. Its advantage is that Potos with all its amenities is very easily accessible (5-6 minutes drive), and on the way to Potos, you pass some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, starting from Psiliamos, through Notos and Rosso Gremos to San Antonio.
