Terra Holiday Homes, a complex located on a plot of 3.5 hectares, surrounded by trees, lawns, plants and flowers, is located in Asprovalta, a quiet resort ideal for families with children, but at the same time an excellent choice for the younger generation, as it offers a rich nightlife and entertainment. This accommodation is 1.4 km from the beach in the town, and the coast can be reached quickly and easily, which gives guests the opportunity to combine the peace and beauty of the tranquil environment provided by Terra Holiday Homes with the enjoyment of the nearby cafes and restaurants.

Terra Holiday Homes offers apartments and studios of various structures, in one or two levels and arranged on the ground floor, on the upper ground floor or on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a two-bed studio and two apartments with two bedrooms, and on the upper ground floor there is one apartment with two bedrooms, as well as two four-bed studios on two levels, that is, on the ground floor and on the first floor. A two-bed studio can accommodate a maximum of two people, while two four-bed studios can accommodate a maximum of four people. Three apartments with two bedrooms are intended for a maximum of five adults. The double studio has a bathroom and a kitchen, in which there is a sofa for two people. Two four-bed studios on the ground floor contain a bathroom and a kitchen with a comfortable sofa for two people, while on the first floor, in the open sleeping area, there is a comfortable double bed. Apartments with two bedrooms provide guests with additional comfort. Each bedroom in the apartments has a double bed, and in the living room there is a sofa for one person, which allows flexibility when accommodating larger families or groups of friends.

Upon request, and within the price, a baby cot is available to guests, which shows commitment to the needs of the youngest, while allowing parents a more peaceful stay. Thanks to these amenities, families can feel completely relieved, as everything they need to escape from everyday life is within reach.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, Smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix platform to enjoy their favorite series and movies. Each bathroom is equipped with toiletries and cosmetics, and there is also a hair dryer. The kitchen is functionally arranged and includes a stove with two glass ceramic rings, a large oven, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine in all accommodation units, while a standard refrigerator with a chamber is found in all units, except in the two-bedroom apartments, which have a large refrigerator with a freezer. This modern set of appliances allows guests to prepare even the most complex culinary specialties or enjoy a quick breakfast right before a long day at the beach.

The two-bed studio has a private veranda, while the two four-bed studios have both a standard balcony on the first floor and a private veranda on the ground floor. One two-bedroom suite has a standard balcony, while the other two suites have private verandas. The yard is carefully landscaped and maintained. It is decorated with beautiful stone paths that pass through a dense and beautifully landscaped lawn, while the garden is full of greenery and flower arrangements, and beautiful lamps create a romantic atmosphere in the evening. There is a large number of facilities available in the yard, both for adults and for the youngest. Guests can relax on the deckchairs placed in the shade or sip their favorite beverages while relaxing on one of the sofas. They can, in addition, gather around the summer house while preparing culinary specialties on the grill. There is also a special corner for the youngest. Children can safely play and have fun on the children's playground, which is an integral part of the property, while parents enjoy the variety of facilities that this extraordinary yard can offer them.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation, which ensures maximum cleanliness and peace in the entire complex.

Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day. In addition, Terra Holiday Homes offers additional sets of towels and bed linen within the price that guests can change themselves, which significantly facilitates a longer stay and allows guests to feel as if they are at home.

For each accommodation unit, one parking space is provided inside the yard, which guarantees the safety of the vehicle during the stay at Terra Holiday Homes.

Terra Holiday Homes is located 11 km from the popular resort of Stavros, and 3 km from Nea Vrasna. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki International Airport, 98 km away.
