Our description
Stamatia Apartments is located on the main street of Asprovalta. It offers nine double studios (some with a capacity of 2 + 1) and four duplex apartments with a capacity of up to five people. Its biggest advantages are a good location, as it is located in the center, only 120m from the beach, as well as private parking.

The nearest market Arista and bakery are at a distance of about 20m.

The studios have an area of 22m2 and there are three types, economy, standard and superior, while the duplex apartments have 55m2.

All units are air conditioned, have TV (apartments have two TVs and two air conditioners), internet access, kitchen with stove with two hobs and refrigerator (economy and some standard studios have a small refrigerator, and other standard studios, superior studios and apartments large refrigerator). The bathrooms have a curtain shower. All units also have a terrace, except for economy studios, whose guests can use the large shared terrace.

Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, while guests maintain the hygiene of their accommodation units.

Private parking is located next to the building and has space for all guests.

The accommodation is located, going from the direction of Nea Vrasna, on the left side after the gas station, just above the confectionery Τσακαλήδη (Tsakalidis).

Stamatia Apartments is located in Asprovalta, in the Strimonikos Bay region, one of the most popular tourist destinations in northern Greece. It is 80 km from Thessaloniki, 75 km from Kavala, 700 km from Belgrade and 300 km from Sofia.

Our complex is located in the center of Asprovalta, just 150 meters from the 11km long golden sandy beach, awarded the Blue Flag for many years.

The beach in Asprovalta is suitable for small children and provides a large amount of sand for building castles and playing. What additionally impresses people who come to the beach is the exceptional cleanliness and length, which allows you to be completely alone, regardless of the period during the season.

On the beach there are sunbeds and umbrellas that can be used free of charge, and there are also those that can be obtained with ordered drinks at the beach bar.

The beach in Asprovalta is a little more than five minutes walk from our apartments, and in the vicinity you can find equipped supermarkets, confectionery shops, pharmacies and clinics.

The apartments consist of two bedrooms with one double bed and a small, separate and fully equipped kitchen. The apartments can accommodate 2-5 people and are ideal for families with children or groups. The apartments have a private balcony overlooking the center of Asprovalta.

Economy studios consist of a bedroom with one double bed, an equipped kitchen in the same space and a bathroom with toilet and shower. These studios can accommodate two people and are ideal for couples. They are lit by a large window, have no balcony, but have access to a shared roof garden.

Standard studios consist of a bedroom with one double bed and can accommodate two adults. It is possible to add an extra bed. In the same space there is a fully equipped kitchen.

Superior studios consist of a bedroom with one double bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Superior studios can accommodate two adults or two adults and one child, and are ideal for couples or families with one child. The studios have a private balcony overlooking the center of Asprovalta.
