Olea Luxury Suites are located in the famous tourist resort of Asprovalta, east of Thessaloniki, in Strimonikos Bay, in the region known as Saint George. This facility is located in the central area, near shops, restaurants and cafes, and provides you with a real summer atmosphere. It is an ideal choice for families or friendly gatherings. The nearest sandy beach is 500 meters from the accommodation.

The facility includes ten studios, which are located in the basement, upper ground floor and first floor, and which are intended for a maximum of four adults.

Three-bed studios, intended for a maximum of three adults, include a room with a kitchen and a bathroom. Depending on the unit, they have a double bed and a sofa for one person or a double bed and one single bed.

Four-bed studios, intended for the stay of two adults and two children up to fifteen years of age or four adults, have a room with a kitchen and a bathroom. Depending on the unit, they have a double bed and bunk beds or a double bed and two single beds.

Upon request, and within the price, a baby cot is also available to guests.

In these air-conditioned units, guests have free Wi-Fi, TV with satellite channels and a hairdryer. All studios have a kitchen with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a cooker.

The studios located in the basement do not have a veranda, but have a direct exit to the shared courtyard. All other accommodation units have a private balcony, equipped with a table and chairs for sitting, with a view of the mountain or the yard.

Within the facility, guests have at their disposal a neatly arranged common yard with a summerhouse and seating.

The stay of pets in this accommodation is not possible.

During the stay, the cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay. A cleaning service is also available to guests, for an additional fee.

A total of five parking spaces are available to guests in front of the building, which does not fully cover the accommodation capacity. Additional parking options are available in the immediate vicinity, along the street.
