Avaton Villa is located in the picturesque village of Apolpena on the island of Lefkada and represents the pinnacle of luxury and exclusivity, offering guests a seamless blend of modern architecture and authentic Mediterranean charm. The villa offers spectacular panoramic views of Lefkada town, olive groves and nearby mountain ranges, while the spacious courtyard paved with elegant stone exudes subtle luxury. This private paradise features a swimming pool lined with comfortable sun loungers, as well as a beautiful summerhouse with seating and an outdoor shower. The villa is 3 km from the nearest sandy beach and is an ideal choice for large groups of friends or family gatherings.

The accommodation can host a maximum of ten adults and two children. The ground floor of the villa includes two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a luxurious sofa for one person, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom and a gym equipped with a treadmill and an exercise bike. The first floor is spread over two levels and contains two bedrooms with double beds, living room with sofa, kitchen, dining room and bathroom on the lower level, while on the upper level (gallery) there is another double bed in the open sleeping area.

Baby cots are available to guests free of charge.

The interior is equipped with modern furniture and the latest technology. The entire villa has central air conditioning (cooling and heating), free Wi-Fi and Smart TV devices in all rooms and living rooms with satellite channels. Modern kitchens are equipped with professional appliances: four-burner flat plates, large ovens, fridge-freezers, dishwashers, microwave ovens, coffee machines, toasters and kettles. All bathrooms have hair dryers, and safes are installed in the bedrooms.

The spacious veranda on the ground floor and balconies on the first floor with glass railings offer idyllic views - on the north side towards the pool and the courtyard, and on the south side a panoramic view of the sea and city lights. In the yard there is also a modern barbecue located next to the summer house.

Pets are not allowed, which ensures a high level of hygiene and the absence of allergens. Professional cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are done every third day and are included in the price. Private parking for six cars is located within the fenced and illuminated yard.

The center of Lefkada is 3 km away. Pefkoulia beach is 5 km away, Kathisma is 15 km away, while the famous beaches of Egremni and Porto Katsiki are 25 km and 35 km away, respectively. The waterfalls in Nidri are 10 km away, and the Aktion airport near Preveza is about 20 km away.
