Dimarion Villas is located in the quiet resort of Agios Nikitas, about 2.5 km from the beautiful sandy beach. In this authentic corner of the island, guests can enjoy the privacy of charming villas with private or shared pools, perfect for relaxing under the Greek sun. The accommodation is pet friendly and ideal for a carefree holiday in a warm, homely atmosphere.

The complex consists of six fully equipped accommodation units, arranged in four separate villas that offer an authentic atmosphere of a Greek vacation.

The first villa contains two separate studios located on the ground floor and on the first floor.

The studio on the ground floor is intended for a maximum of three adults. It consists of a sleeping area with one French bed and one bed for one person, as well as a kitchen and a bathroom.

The studio on the first floor is designed for a maximum of two adults. It consists of a sleeping area with one French bed, as well as a kitchenette and a bathroom.

The second and third villas are separate units, but have an identical structure and appearance.

According to their structure, maisonettes are on two levels and are intended for a maximum of six adults. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. On the second level, in the attic, there are two bedrooms and a toilet. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for two people.

The fourth villa contains a studio and an apartment located on the ground floor and on the upper ground floor.

The studio on the ground floor is intended for a maximum of two adults. It consists of a sleeping area with one French bed, as well as a kitchenette and a bathroom.

The apartment on the upper ground floor is intended for a maximum of four adults. It consists of a living room, a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people.

On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, with air conditioners in the living rooms, while villas with larger apartments have additional air conditioners in the bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi internet, TV, and hair dryer are also available to guests. Smaller studios within the kitchenette have two hotplates, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. Larger studios and apartments have kitchens equipped with four hotplates, a large oven, a large fridge-freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.

On the verandas or balconies, which are equipped with seating, guests can enjoy the view of the pool, yard or mountain.

There are several swimming pools within the complex. Each villa has its own private pool, while guests of apartments and most studios can enjoy a shared pool. The only exception is one studio, which does not have access to the pool, but offers a quiet environment and a private terrace in the greenery.

On request and at no extra charge, small pets are allowed.

The cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every three days during the stay.
The complex also has a common laundry room that guests can use for free.

One parking space is provided for the guests of this accommodation.

Dimarion Villas is 6 km from Kalamitsi, and 22 km from the center of Lefkada. The nearest airport is Aktion in Preveza, which is 34 km away from the accommodation.
