Eva Traditional House is located in Afitos, a romantic place on the northeastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, between Nea Fokea and Kallithea. The accommodation is located on a hill and offers a view of the bay and the blue sea. Its advantage is the proximity to the beach with the turquoise sea, which is about 65 meters away.

Throughout the year, guests have access to an apartment on the ground floor of the house, built on a sloping ground. The apartment is reached via more than ten steps from the street level. The apartment is intended for a maximum of four adults and one child and consists of a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there are two joined beds for one person and an extra bed, while in the kitchen area there is a sofa for two people.

On request, within the price of the stay, a baby cot is available to guests.

The apartment is air-conditioned and provides guests with free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.

The veranda, equipped with seating, offers a direct view of the sea and is a pleasant place to stay in the morning and evening.

Within the beautifully decorated yard, there is the possibility of preparing a barbecue, as well as a space intended for rest and relaxation.

The stay of small pets is allowed upon request and with an additional charge.

Maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation unit during the stay is the responsibility of the guests, while the change of bed linen and towels is not provided.

The accommodation does not have a secured parking space, but a free parking space can be found in the immediate vicinity, along the street.
