Apartment Morena is located in Rovinjsko Selo, which is less than a 10-minute drive (6 km) away from the town of Rovinj and its many beaches. Rovinjsko Selo is a place located on the main road leading to Rovinj. In Rovinjsko Selo there is 1 restaurant which is 300 m away from us, several coffee bars, a well-stocked larger market and shop (500 m). From the local people in Rovinjsko Selo it is possible to get extra virgin olive oil and homemade white and red wine.
Apartment Morena is located in a family house where its owners live. The house is located in a quiet place, has a landscaped yard with an outdoor fireplace that guests can use freely. In agreement with the guests, the hosts can help prepare the barbecue. Guests can leave their vehicle in a public area next to the house in the thick shade, under the canopy of a walnut tree. Near the house there is a bicycle path leading to Rovinj or to the Lim Channel, which has the status of a protected landscape.
The apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and from the terrace is a free view of Rovinj and the sea.
The apartment is 120 m2 and consists of: kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and bidet, living room with sofa bed for 2 people and a large covered terrace.
The capacity of the apartment is 4 + 2 persons.
The kitchen elements are 2.5 m long and include: gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave. The kitchen table is for 6 people.
The living room has a large TV with satellite dish, sofa and two armchairs.
On the terrace there is a large wooden table with benches.
Mosquito nets are installed on the windows. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi internet.
No smoking in the apartment. Pets are welcome, by prior arrangement.
