The apartments are located a minute walk from the sea. The town center, with all the necessary facilities (supermarket, cafes, post office, bus station), is 4 minutes away.

Each apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV, all kitchen elements, microwave and refrigerator. Use of air conditioning is included in the price. The apartments are modernly equipped and consist of a kitchen with dining area and living room with sofa bed, bathroom, bedroom, terrace. The apartments are for 4 or 5 people. There is a possibility to use the barbecue. Bed linen, towels, tea towels and final cleaning are included in the apartment rate.

Karin has a healing mud that is beneficial for rheumatic and muscle pain.
The advantages of vacationing in Karin are certainly the relatively short distance from the Zrmanja canyon, where rafting tours are organized. An hour and 15 minutes drive away is the famous beach Zrce known as the Croatian Ibiza.
Every summer, the Karin beach has a children's attraction, a carousel and cars.
