Villa Rustika is located in a small village Sutivan on the northwestern part of the island of Brac. It is located in the old cultural and historical center in the center, in a garden full of greenery and flowers that makes it an oasis of peace and privacy. Distance from the nearest beach is only 150 meters, and near the house is a children's park and a small market where locals offer their indigenous organically grown products and souvenirs.
Villa Rustika was built in the 19th century. in a typical Dalmatian style, and ten years ago it was completely restored in accordance with the traditional island architecture and modern needs.
